Returns & Refund Policy
All products sold through IroningMan are made-to-order through our print fulfillment partner.
- No Returns or Exchanges: Because items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
- No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is automatically routed to our print fulfillment partner for production. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled, altered, or updated after purchase. Please review your sizing, shipping address, and item choices carefully before checking out.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and coordinate a resolution—either a refund or a replacement—with our fulfillment partner.
Per our fulfillment partner’s guidelines, an item is only considered defective if it has a:
- Misprint or faded print
- Visible stain upon arrival
- Peeling design (flex peeling off)
- Hole or tear in the product
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
Please email contact@ironingman.net or use the messaging portal on our Home page. You must include
1) Your full name and order number
2) A description of the issue
3) A clear photo of the specific defect
Note: Colors and print placement may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and material characteristics. These minor variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
International Orders
Because all items are custom-printed and made-to-order upon purchase, all sales are final globally. Under international consumer protection laws — including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations — the statutory right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” period does not apply to goods made to a consumer’s unique specifications. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded, except for manufacturing defects verified within 14 days of delivery.
